Dirección de la clínica de Caroline: 2a Park Road, Barnoldswick BB18 5BG. O un pequeño número de estudiantes pueden realizar sus cursos en la casa de estudiantes Bradley Road East, Nelson, BB 99UB. Barnoldswick está a 15 minutos en coche de Nelson, con autobuses, y Caroline puede ayudar a transportar a las personas que no tienen coche :-)

Alojamiento para estudiantes

Una casa pequeña donde se comparten habitaciones/espacio, para un número limitado de estudiantes: por orden de llegada y es gratuito para los estudiantes que asisten a uno de los cursos prácticos en vivo y en persona en Nelson. El código postal es BB 9 9UB. Más información está disponible aquí.

Si las plazas están todas ocupadas, tendrás que buscar y financiar tu propio alojamiento. (sugerencias a continuación).

Viaje y alojamiento.

DRIVING IS VERY EASY - NELSON IS AT THE END OF THE M65, JUNCTION 13 - this is easier than Junction 12 a mile before, where your GPS will want to take you.

Public Transport:

There are plenty of free car parks / on-street parking.

Into Nelson Train or Bus Station:

Walking distance from Nelson Bus Station - 5 mins.

From Nelson Train Station - 5 mins. 

From the student house - 10 minutes.

Opciones de alojamiento si el alojamiento para estudiantes está lleno

Nelson, and Colne (which is also nearby) does not have a hotel, but there are lots of options nearby. Skipton has a Travel-lodge and is 20 mins away in the car. (Skipton is further north than Colne, if you are travelling from the south.  Also, Skipton is near Barnoldswick, and Barnoldswick itself is a great little market town with lots of little shops and facilities, with ocal B and B / airbnb etc.  En route, there are a lot of hotels, all the usuals, in Burnley, so this is definitely the best bet for convenience.  Its then basically a couple of junctions up the motorway, as Burnley is also just of M65 too.  Short journey - approx 15 mins drive to the lecture venue in Nelson, or 20-30 mins on the bus from Burnley.  Trains from Burnley go from Burnley CENTRAL, to Colne and take around 15 mins.  

 

I haven't tested out the local accommodation, so check reviews on airbnb or tripadvisor etc. 

 

There are some airbnb options in Colne and surrounds.  Other local places within 10-20 mins driving / uber from Colne that have airbnb options include Foulridge, Trawden, Barrowford, and various locations in Pendle.  This is tourist country anyway - Pendle Witches, lots of walking tracks, plus near Skipton - gateway to Dales etc.
